How Videsify works
A directory, not an agency. You find the vendor, you deal with the vendor.
For families
Search in plain English. The site reads the service, the place and the number out of what you typed, so 300 chairs in Houston shows rental companies who actually hold 300 chairs rather than everything tagged “rentals”.
Contact is direct — WhatsApp, phone, text or email, whichever that vendor asked for. Videsify takes no commission on your booking and charges you nothing. Where a vendor has marked their rate negotiable, the listing says so, because plenty of people assume a listed price is fixed and never ask.
Signing in is optional. It gets you a shortlist you can share with family, saved searches, and the ability to leave a review afterwards.
For vendors
A free listing, for any business serving celebrations anywhere in the United States. You fill in the form, we check the business is real, and it goes live. You keep your own enquiries and your own customers.
Featured placement is currently paused. No business receives a Featured label or ranking advantage while it is paused. Ratings, reviews and verification remain independent.
Videsify also offers paid Classified Ads and free Classes for Kids. See the exact durations, rates and Stripe payment status on the Plans & Payments page.
Reviews
Only an account that sent an enquiry to that vendor through Videsify can review them. One review per client per vendor.
A vendor cannot delete a review. They can reply once in public, and they can report one for a specific reason — it is not their client, it names a person, it is a competitor — which a human reads. Suppressing honest negative reviews is illegal under the FTC’s Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule, and it would make every other review on the site worthless anyway.
Review counts are shown even when the count is zero. Hiding a count is the oldest trick in the fake-review playbook.
What we do with a search that finds nothing
We write it down — the words, the category and the city, with nothing that identifies you. It is the only honest answer to “which vendor should we recruit next”.
